Starting at $350–$450 / month

Best for freelancers, solo business owners, and newer businesses with low transaction volume.

Includes:

  • Monthly transaction categorization

  • Bank and credit card reconciliations

  • Monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)

  • Email support

You want clean, accurate books without the stress — and you don’t need hands-on A/R or A/P support yet.

Good fit if:

Growth Package

Starting at $600–$850 / month

Best for established small businesses with consistent activity and moderate transaction volume.

Includes everything in the Starter Package, plus:

  • Accounts payable and receivable tracking

  • Quarterly check-in call

  • Priority email support

Good fit if:

You want more structure, regular insights, and support as your business grows.

Comprehensive Package

Starting at $900–$1,400 / month

Best for growing or more complex businesses that want a higher level of support and oversight.

Includes everything in the Growth Package, plus:

  • Cash flow monitoring and reporting

  • Monthly review call

  • Year-end bookkeeping preparation for your CPA

Additional Services

Hourly Rate: $65–$75/hour (depending on complexity)

Some services are billed separately as one-time projects or hourly work:
